InToMission is an independent guidance agency for missionary workers. We do not commission missionary or development workers ourselves. We like to work together with other organizations. Many of the missionary workers we guide have been commissioned from church congregations, whether or not in cooperation with a (local) foundation.

Sometimes prospective missionary workers come to us before they are connected to a missionary or development aid organization. Then we like to work with them to find a missionary organization that suits them. We have a large network and many contacts at home and abroad. We work closely together with ECM Netherlands and Serving in Mission in England. We are also closely involved with the LeRucher team in the Netherlands, connected to the network of Member Care Netherlands and a member of Mission Netherlands.
