We currently support more than thirty missionary workers worldwide on a long-term basis. Our team consists of experience experts and coaches. Our professionals have gained cross-cultural experience in different countries, both in missionary and development work. Each one of us has his own specific gifts and talents. We work on the basis of the so-called ‘InToMission’-model, which we have developed and applied in the past years. Of course we adapt this per missionary worker, because no human being is the same.
